As part of Congress of Collectives at Flux Factory, Reactor invited individuals and groups to become guest members of Reactor for a day. On Thursday 13th Octoer, Urban Layers joined Reactor in the Bronx and took a mystery tour designed by Urban Layers that led the group from The Bronx to Staten Island, culminating at the Alice Austin Museum House.
